10:49am

WORK! im crackin' down for my own good

---
This weekend was a bit interesting. Went to a party at a neighbors on Friday night which was alright, except a lot of the people there were obvious lightweights and got real annoying real fast. I ended up sitting at a bonfire in the backyard with my friends older brother and some of his friends. It was a lot better and quieter.

Saturday I had a miniature birthday party at a friends house. We got some drinks and I got out my hookah "Picard" and we sat around having a good time. My friend Tom, who had had like 8 beers earlier at the Michigan game tried to drink again with us. He did alright until the end where he beat my record of 12, with his 15. About 20 minutes later though he had to do some self induced vomiting because of how shitty he felt. I guess I'm still champ.

Today was my 18th birthday, but it was more of a hassle than fun. I was woken up around 10 in order to be asked if I wanted to go to breakfast at 11. Well fuck. I felt shitty and tired from 2 late nights out in a row and I get woken up in the middle of deep sleep. I wasn't even about to stop sleeping. Anyway, I eventually get my ass out of bed and hop in the car. We end up at some Motorcycle themed sandwich shop for breakfast. They didn't have much on the menu, and everything good had meat in it so I had some burnt pancakes and a can of Coke. Other than that, I went home, unsuccessfully tried to study, took a horrible nap since no one would shut up, showered, and made myself a personal pizza. Now I've got to do some papers for school along with a bunch of other bullshit (like getting a job and finding football tickets). Oh, and I have to register to vote...

Unexpected Fun

[Thursday] 9:18am
class and then much work to do
[Thursday] 7:34pm
out out out out out out out out out of this world.
1:08pm
typing a paper. cool.

---
No time to update yesterday since my night took an unexpected turn. I had already made plans to hang out with a couple people and I was just thinking "We're not gonna do much, probably sit around and watch TV, maybe go to someone else's house, but other than that nothing too special.".Fortunately, while sitting in the Taco Bell parking lot waiting for the others to eat (since I had just had dinner before they called) we got a call from my buddy's girlfriend wanting to know if we wanted to come up to Ann Arbor for a while. It was only about 7:30 when we got the call, so we were all excited that we had the whole night ahead of us to do whatever.

The ride up was kind of funny/ironic in a way, mostly because we were making great time driving up. Its only a 30 minute ride, but we were making it faster than normal, however, the very second that Eric (who was driving) goes "Wow! We are really making it up in record time!" we all suddenly see a wall of red lights in front of us and signs saying the left 2 lanes end in 1 mile. Of course there are hundreds of big 18 wheeler trucks on the highway that suddenly need to get over 3 lanes, so the traffic was abysmal. Not only that, but we were less than 10 miles from the exit, so we just had to sit there knowing that it would have taken us about 5-7 minutes more to have some fun.

Once we finally did make it, everything was awesome. We walked around the dorms, me and Ashley did a "few" shots of something watermelon flavored that a friend of her roommate gave to us, listened to some music, and then went and walked around Ann Arbor for a miniature tour since I'll ideally be attending next fall. Other than that, we didn't do much else.

Lazy Wednesday

12:34am
REM. hopefully the sleep kind - though i dont mind the music type either.
5:44pm
I am eating a gourmet meal prepared by one of France's finest chefs.

---
Not much going on today. I decided to go back to sleep for an extra hour this morning but it quickly turned into my jolting awake realizing it had been almost three that I had slept. That alone almost screwed me over since I have an ass load of work to get done before the weekend in order for me to fully enjoy my time, and I didn't get to do any of it since I spent my remaining time before class cleaning my horribly messy room and taking a quick shower. My rooms still not clean, so that just goes to show how much I really got done. Lets hope that tomorrow is a productive day (since I already plan on going out tomorrow night whether I have anything done or not.).

Awesome, AWESOME, shitty...

1:11am
my computer will kick your ass
4:23pm
rockrock
8:50pm
time to get to work. ive got a lot of stuff to catch up on...

---
So last night I get my computer all set up and such and it rocks. The surround sound makes everything infinitely better, and the new keyboard/mouse combo makes everything so smooth and fast. I had a few hiccups while running Quake4 which kind of scared me, but I passed it off for some stupid reason(even though theres little I could have done to fix it.).

School was nothing special, except that it was another day where I didn't eat for some stupid reason. I probably need to wake up earlier. Anyway, I hung out in the library for 2 hours with some friends and narrated the other peoples lives that were sitting around us. It was cruel and funny, so basically we all thourougly enjoyed ourselves. At about 1 though I started getting tired, and I kept getting heavy headed in my seminar.

Once I finally got home, I wanted to show my new computer off, even though its sitting in the living room on a coffee table. I turn it on. It gets stuck at the BIOS. It shows post code 75, a.k.a. problems with the OS. Just fuckin' dandy! I tool around with things, but nothing works, and the hard drives are making evil noises at me too. I'm pissed.

Other than my computer suddenly not working, I've also got 2 papers due next week, a lot of studying on my hands, and I'm still dead tired. Plus my birthday is on the 23rd, so I want to go out and party, which translates to having to do everything before Friday night. Whatever, I'll find a way to work some magic.

Just Monday

1:11am

8:40am
rockrock
3:27pm
building a machine. lets see if we can get this beast running!

Last night was surprisingly fun with my trip to Starbucks and Taco Bell, but today was awesome (in a way). It definatly started off shitty with me forgetting to eat breakfast, then forgetting a lunch for my break. By 2:20, I was starving. Once I got home though I decided to give my friend Dave a call to see about finishing up the computer I'm building since he has WindowsXP and Norton and a bunch of other stuff.
So I get all my shit together and go over his house, except that we cannot get the damn thing to work. We plug and unplug everything in the case multiple times only to get nothing. Finally, we kind of admit defeat and go the "tech support" route. After writing an email to see if we get answered in the FAQs and waiting about an hour for a response I kind of gave up hope for the night and started getting ready to go. As I put everything back together, I pulled out the USB connectors so that I could plug my RAM back into the motherboard without the cables getting in the way. The second the USB wires were disconnected the LEDs lit up all over the place and we were in buisness.
So yeah, its almost midnight again, and I just ate my first meal of the day since I was completely starving. Macaroni and Cheese with Cherry Kool-Aid. I guess I'm going to go back to playing Quake4 on the new computer since I haven't every really done the single player.

Ehh - The Weekend Recap

[friday]5:30pm
hahah watching Regina Spektor/mcchris music videos - be back sometime sunday

---
So yeah, Friday was pretty much a waste of a day since I can barely remember what I even did during the daylight hours. I took my brothers to my father's house and then we went to 12 Oaks mall and out to dinner at Fridays. Unfortunately, we stayed in the mall for quite some time and ended up going to the restaurant at around 8ish, and it was really busy. It ended up being a quasi-birthday dinner since I'll be 18 next Sunday.

Saturday wasn't too bad, we trekked through the woods outside the surrounding subdivisions for about an hour with the dog. We got to this one part where someones old deer hunting perch was and it reminded me not only of Resident Evil 4 scenery wise, but also because of the brown camouflaged barbed wire everywhere. Later that night we had some awesome fondue and wine, and I got some early birthday presents, which turned out to be a t-shirt and a bathrobe (which I may or may not be wearing right now). I got to play mini-golf too that night, and it's not as great as I thought it'd be.

Today was boring, slow, dull, and pretty much underwhelming. I finally got my good DDR mat back and wanted to play it after getting home and taking a shower, but Randy insisted on watching the Emmy Awards for whatever reason. I told him there was no reason to watch actors he doesn't know get awards for doing programs hes never heard of, he disagreed for whatever reason. As of right now, I just got back from an exciting night of going to Starbucks, Taco Bell, and in about 15 minutes, the ATM.

A Rather Uneventful Day

3:12am
All too soon...
10:45am
going to yasmine bakery for lunch. shit yeah!

---
Not too exciting today, woke up at 10, cleaned some stuff, then got a call from my father to go out to lunch. It ended up not being Yasmine Bakery like he said, but another place called Golden Bakery, which was apparently better. The food was awesome for a number of reasons -1- being I hadn't eaten in about 12 hours, 2- being that I love Middle Eastern food, or 3- because the place just had great stuff.
Other than that, I took the canine for a walk since she seemed to be expecting one and because it was a beautiful day. Oddly enough, as soon as we get about 4 minutes into the walk everything clouds up and becomes breezy and cold. Sweet.

9.13.2007

I accidently over slept... Twice

8:39am
just woke up. going back to sleep.
11:44am
cleaning my houses gutters, then class until 4. whoopee!
11:59pm
downloading the Enemy Territory:Quake Wars demo!!

---
Overall, cleaning the gutters was actually kind of fun since I got to walk around on the roof, which I haven't done in quite a while. Class was bearable, but my Comp teacher seems to be extremely religious which took every bit of my willpower to not start making comments on my beliefs.

As for right now, I just got home from going out with a friend and figured it was time to cave in and download QuakeWars.

The Beginning

Well, here we go! I'll be posting my usually "interesting" away messages and AIM conversations here every day or so. Enjoy!
